This course offers what we affectionately call ‘Office Management Survival Training’ for anyone who works with or for others.  While this course is called ‘Organizing your Inbox (and your life), it is not a class on MS Office.  It is about “getting through the day, getting organized, and leaving the office feeling some level of success each day.”

Some of the topics covered are:

  • Understanding your work style and that of others
  • Managing Too Much to Do
  • Dealing with Office Clutter
  • Practical Priorities and Planning your Day
  • Getting past “YES”
  • Planning for Success

Since we customize classes to suit your needs other topics can be added which include:

  • Understanding the features of MS Outlook
  • Myers-Briggs or DISC employee profiles
  • Meeting Mayhem
  • Emails writing Shortcuts
  • Topics of your choosing

This class can be offered in both ½ day and full day formats.  Groups no larger than 10 are recommended for maximum interaction and personalized attention
