Class Format
Prior to the session, participants will be asked to share with the instructor emails they have seen or received (or written) which they consider poorly written.  These will be used anonymously for analysis and discussion.  Students will also provide an example of a well-written and formatted email.  This class is highly interactive and will require students to create sample emails as individuals and groups.  Class size can accommodate up to 20 students.  This is a 2-day class with the first day centered around discussion and analysis. The second day (usually with days or a week in between) allows time for each student to practice their newly acquired skills and present and analyze their progress and that of others.
